Pitbull Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross
After being attacked by a pitbull/Staffordshire bull terrier cross, a man was jailed for four months and ordered to destroy all of the dogs. The attack left three people injured, including a grandmother. Lola, a three-year-old pitbull/Staffordshire bull terrier cross, was euthanized by the RSPCA after she was unable to be re-homed. After the attack, he admitted to causing her unnecessarily suffer the dog. He was already serving a 12-month jail sentence for affray and criminal damage. After barricading himself inside of his home, the police discovered the harmed property.
The terriers and bulldogs were used in inhumane blood sports, and they were crossbred to enhance desirable traits.
